Your First Date Over Again
Girls like to remember that special time when you first got together. We are sentimental and often think about when we first fell in love with our man. To have that day all over again is priceless, especially if it was a night to remember.
Do all the same little things; sit in the same spot, walk the same route, eat the same food, listen to the same music, and, if you can, wear the same clothes and cologne. Those little things are what she remembers and it will mean a lot to her.
You may even want to spice it up a little. If you go to pick her up, bring a dozen red roses. If you go to a restaurant, when you make your reservation request wine and candles. Talk about how you met and fell in love. It will make your relationship deeper and more special.
Be sure not to act any less than you usually would. Even if you didn’t hold hands or kiss on your first date, don’t emulate that on this date. She may feel that you care more about making the date the same than her. She will appreciate everything else you do that is the same, just not this.
You may need some more “spice it up” ideas. Here are some:
If you went dancing, consider taking a few lessons so you can have even more fun dancing with her. If you went to a movie you obviously can’t go see the same one over again. Rent that movie and make it like going to the theatre as much as possible. Watch all of the previews and eat popcorn, candy, and soda. And then be sure to go do the same things afterward. If it is an event in the park, buy her something. If your first date was only going out to dinner or a movie, add something to it this time. Go get coffee or ice cream after the movie. Take a walk after dinner. If it was a lunch date get a dessert to go. If it was a coffee date dress up your little corner with flowers.
Add any kind of surprise. Give her a gift. Show her something spectacular. Be more of a gentleman than usual. Even if you act so chivalrous that it’s funny, she will enjoy it because it will show her that you love her so much you will act silly for her. Find any way to take your ordinary date to the next level.
